incase you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

To initiate a return, email our customer support team at ritualsforalts@gmail.com or any of our socials with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable. Returns are only accepted for orders that have been fulfilled in error or arrived damaged.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
